Over the past 30 years, I have established a reputation for generating sales and profits through brand management and enhancing brands and images for the benefit of the company as well for its licensees and/or franchisees. I am a recognized expert in the hospitality (foodservice, restaurants, nightclubs and bars)/ entertainment field where I created programs that have made businesses, as well as trademark and product licensing/franchising, more successful using traditional as well as non-traditional forms of marketing along with digital and social media.  As of February 2016, I had created the largest international chain of branded nightclubs in the world from nothing, many with 5-star restaurants and many for which I had direct roles in site approval, political approval processes, design and marketing – giving me hands-on knowledge and experience to help build, strengthen or fix a business.  Having opened locations in Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, France, Australia, New Zealand and Canada (in addition to 20 locations within the US), my experience with international clients and cultural variations adds to the breadth of my expertise.

I currently use my financial and legal experience to aid clients in business structuring, tax planning and international contracts, from hotels in Southeast Asia to beach clubs in San Francisco, from geospatial mapping companies to entertainment.
